In the nine months between Oct 2010 - June 2011 (Phase II of our work), the NNF hosted a series of webinars and in-person convenings for sharing, discussing, and developing new research and thinking related to networks. These conversations served as the basis of the content used to produce the report Catalyzing Networks for Social Impact: A Funder's Guide.


We initially split our learning community into two cohorts of funders focused on "network impact" (evaluation and impact assessment) and funders focused on "network support" (how to invest resources in networks). During the course of the community of practice, however, participation in these two groups became less distinct.
